Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Although November is not a peak season, participants are advised to book their hotel by themselves in advance using any of the web-booking systems (e.g., Booking.com, TravelGuide.sk, Hotelscombined.com, etc.). The range of accommodation in Kosice spans from 4 stars hotels (e. g., Double Tree by Hilton, Yasmin, Bankov..) via mid-range hotels (Marathon, Ambassador, Bristol, Gloria Palace, Golden Royal, Zlatý dukát, Štadión..) to reasonable pensions (Horse Inn, Grand, ) up to low budget student dormitories (ŠD Němcovej 1, ŠD Urbánka 2). Most of the above mentioned accommodation facilities are within 15 - 30 min walking distance from the conference venue but the closest are the dormitories at ŠD Němcovej 1 (<5 min), then at ŠD Urbánka 2 (⁓10 min) and Boutique Hotel Marathon (3 tram stops or 15 min by walk).
