Conference fee includes conference materials, preparation and publishing of the proceedings, refreshment during breaks and a conference dinner.

One paper is allowed per one registration fee. Additional contributions presented at the conference can be published for an extra charge.

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

For bank transfers the sender bears the transaction fees.

Students fee: Copy of valid student's photo ID (ISIC) required. Students fee does not include conference dinner. In case of interest, either regular fee need to be paid or the dinner ordered separately.

Cancellation policy: No refund of registration fee will be provided but a substitute is allowed.
