1. Abstract submission
The abstract with the length up to one page shall be submitted prior to the conference for the Book of abstracts. The template for the paper is available in the Registration tab.
2. Paper submission
The English written article for the proceedings of LMP2017 with the length up to 6 pages should be submitted directly at the ttp Publisher website after its opening and in accordance with their requirements. The website will be open for submissions after the conference. All the submitted papers will be reviewed and those after successful review will be published in a special issue of Key Engineering Materials. The template for the paper is available at the Conference details → Conference proceedings tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Social program
Following social program included in the conference fee is assumed:
- welcome party at the “Skywalk hall” of the Institute’s PROMATECH building on November 6, 2017, starting from 19:00. Light snack and drinks will be provided.
- the excursion at U.S. Steel company. We have to leave from the Institute by bus at 13:45 to start the excursion at 14:15. At least two different factories within USS will be visited. The return to the city center by bus is planned for 16:45.
- guided city-tour in the Kosice center from 17:00 till 18:30 in two groups – one in Slovak and another in English.
- social evening with bowling tournament in Admiral club starting from 19:00. It is located within 10 minute walk from the city center. Bowling, cold food and limited drinks will be provided.
