Conference Fee

The early bird registration fee (prior to September 3, 2017) is

• 250.- € for PhD students
• 300.- € for regular participants

The late registration fee (after September 30, 2017) is

• 350.- € for all participants

Conference fee can be paid prior to September 30, 2017 by bank transfer.

After November 1, 2017, and after preliminary registration and agreement with the conference secretary, the conference fee can be paid at the conference site in cash.

Confirmation of your payment will be given to you upon your arrival at the Registration Desk.

Conference fee includes expenses for:

• preparation and organization of the conference
• book of abstracts
• conference proceedings
• catering during the conference
• refreshment during the breaks
• social program

The publication of the second contribution of the regular participant in the proceedings is possible after payment of additional reduced fee of 150 EUR.
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
